Foer comes from foerageren, translating to foraging. Nature forms the basis for a botanical chefs menu. Locally sourced, sustainably made with cosmopolitan flair.
Every now and then our team ventures into the country to collect everything the season has to offer to serve you a four, six or eight course menu in Amsterdam. We would love to welcome you in a relaxed atmosphere at a table or at the kitchen.
We are located in a 120 year old people’s coffee house. Where the stock market’s workers had no other choices than coffee, we offer a few more options. From Wednesday until Monday we serve two different menus, of which the Flora menu is entirely vegetarian.
